Since 2014, Jason Phillips Chávez, our Project Director, has played a pivotal role at Yeril. With a focus that spans project management and comprehensive support, Jason exemplifies how Yeril not only builds steel structures but also fosters robust and successful professional careers.

An Industrial Engineering graduate, Jason joined Yeril and has grown professionally within the organization. He holds a Lead Auditor Certificate in ISO 9001:2015 and has pursued advanced studies in Strategy and Data Analytics at INCAE, further enhancing his innovative and strategic profile.

Among his most notable achievements is the implementation of the Direct-to-Metal (DTM) painting process, a groundbreaking initiative that significantly optimized our operations. He has also led critical projects, including the implementation of SAP ByDesign and O4BI software and the successful relocation of the production team to Belén, paving the way for our expansion.

Every day, Jason works with dedication and vision to position Yeril as a leader in the construction industry, with a strong emphasis on steel structures.
