Jeremy Cascante, our Metal® Manager, is a professional who embodies growth from the ground up and a deep commitment to technical excellence. His journey with Yeril began in 2013, when he joined us for his professional internship as part of his studies at the Calle Blancos Technical High School. Just a year later, he formally became part of the team, marking the beginning of an exemplary professional path.

Since then, Jeremy has worked in several key areas within the company: he started in the budgeting department, moved through design, served as an engineering assistant, and later as a resident engineer on-site. This comprehensive experience allowed him to develop a full understanding of the construction process, strengthening his leadership as a project manager, a role in which he led technical teams on high-impact projects.

Jeremy studied technical drawing at INA and holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. He is currently completing his Licenciatura at Universidad Fidélitas, further reinforcing his technical and strategic profile.

What sets Jeremy apart is his ability to evolve with every challenge, his hands-on approach, and his committed leadership. Today, as Metal® Manager, he leads one of the company’s most dynamic and specialized divisions, with the mission of strengthening our technical and operational capabilities in metal structures.
